Mark Rauwerda

Founder

Mark is a founder of MRP and also it’s lead cinematographer & editor. If Nick is the spark that gets a project going, Mark is the fuel that keeps it burning. He loves to play with lights & cameras, and he’s addicted to buying the newest video equipment. On the editing side of things, he’s been nicknamed “The Surgeon” because he can cut and tighten a video to make it stronger and no one knows what was actually removed.

Nick Mirka

Creative Director

Nick is a founder of MRP and also it’s creative director. Past clients have called him an Idea Factory. He loves taking ideas to the next level and turning them into a shiny new video. He also tries to weasel in light humour as much as possible… Because laughing is fun.

Drew Williams

Head of Sound

Drew makes sure everything sounds good. People will forgive amateur video, but give up on a video quickly is the audio quality sounds like warfare on your ears.
