Rental

Process

  • Include the Date and Time you would like to pick up the gear as well as the Date you would like to return it.

  • We will email you confirmation whether the gear is available for your requested times.

  • We will also confirm with you the Rental Fee, as well as the amount of the Hold that will be placed on your Credit Card for the value of the equipment.

  • We may (or may not) ask for a Deposit of 50% of the Gear Rental Fee, by Credit Card or E-transfer. This is in case of no-shows

  • Come pick up the gear at the requested time at our office (3 Lowell Ave, Unit C1, St Catharines). Hours for Pickup are after 2 pm on the day before your shoot (M-F), or anytime after 10:00 am on the day of your shoot (M-F).

  • Please bring photo ID, and a Credit Card with enough space for the value of the rented gear on it. We have the option to purchase insurance on the equipment if you do not have Credit Card space.

  • Sign our Rental Agreement, Have the hold placed on your Credit Card (or purchase insurance) Load up and have fun.

  • Your gear is due back by no later than 11:00 am on the Date of Return unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • If you need an extension of the Return Time, please give us a shout with as much advance notice as possible. If someone else has rented that gear, they may not be too happy with you (or us).

  • Once the gear is returned and checked over we will take the hold off your Credit Card and charge you the remainder of the Gear Rental Fee.

  • Make sure all pieces of rented gear are returned in good condition. You are responsible, and may have to replace or repair what’s lost or broken.
